Yes — this is exactly who we build for. Everyone starts with an assessment, and your program is built around where you are right now, whether that's your first rep ever or your first rep in ten years. You'll learn the lifts properly from day one with a coach watching every set. No judgment, no getting thrown to the wolves — just a clear plan and someone accountable for your progress.
All of them. The coaching adapts to the person, not the other way around. We work with women at every experience level, adults who want to move and feel strong for decades, and young athletes building a foundation the right way. The principles of good training don't change — the programming does. Tell us your goal and we'll build around it.
No. "I'll get in shape first" is the most common reason people never start, and it's backwards — you get in shape by training. Our job is to meet you at your current fitness and build from there safely. Show up as you are; we'll handle the rest.
Not even close. A class runs everyone through the same workout no matter who's in the room. In semi-private, you train alongside a few others, but every person is on their own individualized program with a coach actively coaching each of you. You get real attention and accountability at a lower cost than one-on-one — not a follow-along workout.
Yes. No long-term lock-in. We'd rather earn your spot every month by getting you results than trap you in a year-long contract. If life changes, you're not stuck.
Both are in our wheelhouse. Whether you want to clean and jerk and snatch, chase a bigger squat, bench, and deadlift total, or just use those lifts to get strong and athletic, we program and coach them properly — technique first, load second. Want to compete? We'll prep you for the platform. Just want to get strong? Same coaching standard either way.
